✅ A Few Tips to Make the Day Go Smoothly: If you’re the buyer, try to attend the last 30 minutes — that’s when we will walk you through big-picture findings. If you’re the seller, ensure all areas (garage, attic, electrical panel, boiler room, roof, etc.) are accessible and utilities are on. Every structure has flaws (even newly built ones). Inspections aren’t about passing or failing the property since none of them are perfect. The idea is to get a correct assessment so you can make an informed decision. We’re here to help you accomplish that with confidence and clarity. If you have questions or want to schedule an inspection, just reply or call us at 818-353-2885. |
