Advantages of the Alliance Insurance Compliance Survey

Lower Cost

Because these surveys take less time, the cost of the survey is lower than the fees for a full, standard inspection.

Experienced

Since our surveyors are experienced in the industry, your report will be professionally organized and easy for your insurance company to get the exact information they are requesting.

Licensed Contractors

As licensed contractors, we are conducting a survey rather than a formal inspection. This distinction is important, as it means we are not operating under the standard home inspection guidelines. Instead, we follow procedures aligned with the specific and narrow requirements of the Insurance Compliance Survey we are providing.

Standards of Practice

We will provide only the exact information required by your insurance company and no more. These Insurance Compliance Surveys do not follow the usual inspection guidelines of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) or the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) which other inspectors are bound to (by their own insurance). An Insurance Compliance Survey follows its own Standards of Practice.

Don’t risk your property’s insurance coverage because your report disclosed too much information!

We can also conduct Insurance Compliance Surveys on all types and sizes of commercial buildings.

Serving all of Los Angeles County and adjacent cities.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Insurance Compliance Survey Does Not Guaranty Obtainment of Insurance Coverage. Client should understand that the survey report does not constitute a guarantee or warranty that the property will be insurable under an insurance policy, nor is it a substitute for a full inspection that adheres to ASHI, CREIA or ASTM standards. Client should understand that it is fraud and illegal to engage in deception in order to gain an advantage, such as misrepresenting findings to obtain insurance coverage. Client should understand that Surveyor is obligated to perform the survey to the best of Surveyor’s ability in accordance with the “Scope of the Alliance Insurance Compliance Survey” as required by the insurance company. Client should understand that Client’s insurance coverage may become at risk, or could even be canceled, as a result of defects revealed in Surveyor’s report and lack of insurance coverage is not the responsibility of Surveyor.
